Gemeinsam Stärken

Viele Menschen mit Migrationshintergrund in Deutschland haben nicht die Möglichkeit, sich aktiv mit moderner Technologie auseinanderzusetzen und sich für zukunftssichere Berufe zu qualifizieren. Genau hier setzt unser Projekt an: Wir haben eine Initiative gegründet, die Technologie und Innovation fördert und talentierte Menschen unterstützt, deren Potenzial oft ungenutzt bleibt.

Unser Ziel ist es, versteckte Talente zu entdecken, sie gezielt zu fördern und ihnen praxisnahes Wissen über Microcontroller, Programmierung und innovative Technologien zu vermitteln. Dabei geht es nicht nur um technisches Know-how, sondern auch um Integration, Chancengleichheit und den Zugang zu Berufen mit Zukunft.

Durch Workshops, Schulungen und praxisorientierte Projekte ermöglichen wir den Teilnehmenden, eigene kreative Ideen zu verwirklichen, sich in der digitalen Welt zurechtzufinden und ihre Innovationskraft zu entfalten. Gemeinsam gestalten wir eine Zukunft, in der Technologie für alle zugänglich ist und niemand aufgrund fehlender Ressourcen oder Möglichkeiten zurückbleiben muss.
